Led a team of Production Designers while staying hands-on in the development of booth mechanical builds for multiple events. Oversaw production schedules, workflows, and the rollout of creative assets across projects. Collaborated closely with Art Directors, Project Managers, and Vendors to ensure smooth execution from concept through installation.

Translated creative concepts into precise, production-ready files aligned with booth schematics and technical specifications. Developed and refined mechanical build processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality output that reflected the original design intent. Handled image retouching and optimization for large-format applications, and reviewed and approved all proofs in partnership with the Design Lead.
